Objective:

As the lead copywriter at Scratchpay, I was responsible for helping craft, implement & execute the organization’s rebrand from a veterinary-only provider into other verticals (dental, chiropractic, etc.).

Key Results:

  • Created & instituted company’s Brand Voice & Tone Guide across all departments within 4 months of joining team

  • Landed press coverage about the rebrand in TechCrunch – the company’s first time being featured in a major publication

  • Paved the way for enhanced user experience for our 12,000+ partner practices & 600,000+ loan borrowers
